Signs you may need this service

New construction needs complete roof protection

  • A new home is ready for roofing
  • An addition changes the existing roof geometry
  • A detached structure needs a complete roof assembly
  • Construction drawings must account for roofing, ventilation, and flashing
How we can help

Install every layer for lasting protection

New roof installation differs from replacement because there is no existing roof to remove. We review the construction drawings, roof shape, deck readiness, penetrations, ventilation, and connections to adjoining materials.

We confirm the materials and installation details, then coordinate timing with the builder or property owner before work begins.

GAF Silver Pledge

A qualifying roof with the application handled for you

We install the qualifying GAF asphalt-shingle roofing system and apply for Silver Pledge coverage with GAF on your behalf. The warranty includes a 50-year non-prorated period for covered manufacturing defects and 10 years of coverage for qualifying installation errors.

Non-prorated means a covered claim is not reduced simply because the roof has aged during those first 50 years.

Ways to pay

Considering a HELOC for your roof?

We do not offer in-house financing. Some homeowners arrange a home equity line of credit directly with a bank or credit union. We recommend contacting Avadian Credit Union to explore its current home equity options.

Common questions

Questions about new roof installation

How is new roof installation different from roof replacement?

New installation covers the first roofing system on new construction or an addition. Replacement includes removing and evaluating an existing roof before installing the next system.

When should the roofer join a new construction project?

Yes. Early coordination helps avoid delays when roof shape, penetrations, ventilation, material lead times, or adjoining construction affect the schedule.

Can Higher Roof coordinate with my builder?

Yes. We can coordinate with the builder or general contractor so deck readiness, access, scheduling, and related trades are clear.
