Privacy policy

When you submit a contact or quote form, Higher Roof Solutions receives the information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, property details, message, and any project photos you choose to upload. This information is used to respond to your request and discuss roofing or gutter services.

Project photos

Photos submitted through the quote form are stored with the website host. They are not listed publicly. Each photo uses an unguessable retrieval link that is included in the private quote workflow. Photos are scheduled for deletion after 180 days unless a different retention period is configured for the site.

Information collected by the website

The website host may process standard technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser information, and request logs. The site also uses Google Analytics. If advertising tools are added later, this policy should be updated to identify them.

How to contact Higher Roof

To ask about or request deletion of information submitted through this site, email john@higherroofsolutions.com or call (205) 386-0565.
